My Review

I haven't read the previous two in the series, but I am no stranger to the work of MA Comley. The book read well as a standalone. I felt it was a real treat, like a cosy night in watching a favourite detective show. For that reason I found it very hard to put the book down. DI Sally Parker and her team have a month to solve a 10 year old murder cold case. The odds were stacked against her solving this one, but it was a very cleverly crafted plot that kept me guessing right up until the unexpected ending.
