My Review

In a world where it has become the norm to take a DNA test to find your one single perfect match, John Marrs takes us through the individual stories of Mandy, Jade, Christopher, Nick, and Ellie and their respective partners. It seems a lot to take in at first, but each character's chapter leaves us with a cliffhanger, often a massive one. This determined the length of my reading sessions which had to be in multiples of five to reach a level of satisfied interest that would allow me to put the book down. Having read John Marrs 'The Wronged Sons' I knew it would not be easy for me to put the book down. It was everything I wanted from a suspense thriller. This book was 'The One' for me.
