My Review
The Jake Boulder series is one to watch. In a small US town, the Chief of Police who is exasperated by the ineptitude of his hick detectives enlists the help of Jake Boulder to help catch a serial killer. Jake, who when he is not at work sorting out barroom brawls is assisting his friend Alfonso a private investigator who happens to have been hired by the father of one of the killers victim. The victim is also a past lover of Jake. Yes there is a lot going on in this book to ensure that you will not be able to put it down so easy.
