I suppose as an aspiring writer, I am driven by my passion for reading.
Although I have written a few reviews in my time, I have set myself a challenge of reviewing every book I read this year. This is helpful to me as a writer to help me examine how the book was put together.
However, and this is a big however with a capital H, I do not do bad reviews. If I really don't like a book, and believe me I do not give up on anything I read, then it's quite simple, you will never even know I read it. I simply do not review anything I don't like. Why? Because, I am not a critic. Who am I to say something is terrible. The next person may think it is the best read ever.
Why would I want to damage someone like that?
Oh, and I don't do spoilers in my reviews.
